Jennifer Sandquist Jennifer’s employment background is based on 16 years of banking experience. She began her banking career as a part-time motor bank teller. Her career choice was a great fit, and since then she’s been a lobby teller, new account representative, commercial and consumer loan processor, assistance branch manager, and finally the branch manager of a full-service location. Exceptional customer service, thorough product knowledge, and a strong work ethic are some of her best skills.

As her career advanced, she found herself working for a small business owner in the ice distribution industry. In her experience with working for a small business, those same banking principles still apply. As office manager, her job consisted of balancing company bank statements, processing payables and receivables, balancing sales reports, sending monthly customer statements, keeping daily inventory of products, fielding office calls and supplying technical support to the salesmen in the field. She most enjoyed the family aspect of working for a small business owner; the active role each person plays and loyalty towards growing the business was always priority for employer and employee alike.

Jennifer has also had the great fortune to volunteer with a few special non-profit organizations. She is deeply involved with the American Heart Association. She has also volunteered and co-chaired events for Go Red for Women, Heart Walk, and Heart Beat.

She is married to her husband of 14 years, Chad, with whom she has a vivacious 12 year old son, Aidan. Her family is complete with their two-year-old Labrador, Lacey, and their recent adopted Labrador/Shepherd mix, Sherlock. She’s never happier than when the whole family is gathered together, whether it’s to enjoy some spicy Thai food, watch college football, or to celebrate her favorite holiday: Christmas.
